Inner Balance Tai Chi has been running at Hildenborough Village Hall since 2012 and the main instructor is Rachel Moon. She has been practicing Tai Chi since 2004 and has been instructing since 2009. During the 2020/21 Covid-19 pandemic our classes moved online and a lot of my clients mastered the new format and enjoyed Tai Chi sessions, via Zoom, multiple times a week. We are now back to face to face classes in Hildenborough Village Hall and will keep Zoom in reserve for the time being 


I also conducted online classes for AXA PPP Healthcare throughout 2020/21, so that their staff, who were working from home, could benefit from the positive effects of a morning session of Tai Chi to help with their physical and mental well-being in difficult times. It was an enjoyable experience working with a new Corporate client and hope their staff enjoyed participating as much as I enjoyed running the classes, Tai Chi isn't easy to learn from scratch online, so well done!

Tai Chi is a continuous learning experience and once we think we have "cracked it" we uncover another layer for us to discover and practice! So be patient and be kind to yourself while you learn. We all learn at different rates and in different ways, that's why mixed abilty classes are so useful as there is always someone to learn from or be inspired by. We pride ourselves on being friendly and inclusive with no grades or tests. Tai Chi is as much about community, as it is about learning where to place your hands and feet and many new friendships have been formed and old friendships renewed through our classes.
