Sets and exercises

We practice the traditional 108 move set that was originally devised by Master Moy Lin Shin. This set is different to many other forms of Tai Chi and focuses on stretching, balance and calmness of mind, it is especially suited to people with all levels of mobility and flexibility.

My Tai Chi has evolved in the 20 years plus that I have been practising and as a result of this I have devised new sets of moves that focus on specific areas of improvement needed, as well as incorporating other Tai Chi styles into the extended static exercises that we practice. The linked pages show some of the sets we practice and access to others are available to members of our classes.
